Julia Yenny is the proud founder of DHRC. She received her master’s degree in Human Resources from Ottawa University, a private university out of Ottawa, Kansas. Originally from a small town in Iowa, Julia moved to the Phoenix, Arizona area in 2016, where she fell in love with the environment and community. When she isn’t at the office, she can be found hiking, cooking, reading, and volunteering in the local community. For the past several years, she has had the privilege of working with many employers across a wide range of industries- some companies boasting 60,000 employees and others as close-knit as 60 employees. Julia worked as an implementation consultant during that time, becoming profoundly familiar with different processing platforms. In addition to facilitating the implementation, she performed configuring and coding. This knowledge of how Human Resources works on the back-end further advanced her skill-set and has, thus, made her a passionate leader in the outsourced HR industry.
